Find824RRejectAdvices

Returns a list of 824R Reject Advices; Requires a valid user to complete this request.

The following routes are available for this service:
GET	/dlms/transactions/824R/reject_advices_mapping	Returns list of 824R Reject Advice	We used POST in lieu of GET as the request can exceed the allowable GET size threshold.
